Assessment Appeals was founded in 1992 as a result of the declining Southern California real estate market as an advocate on behalf of property owners to obtain property tax relief for their properties.

As a prior broker for the top real estate investment firm Marcus & Millichap, principal, Ramin Salari and staff are positioned to use their market knowledge and experience to maximize tax savings.  As a result, many management companies continue to utilize our services on behalf of their clients.
